El Certificate III in Fitness se dirige a todos aquellos que deseen desarrollar conocimientos y habilidades en el ámbito del enseñamiento de actividades físicas y deportivas.
Cursando este certificado estudiarás las modalidades de monitorización de los progresos de tus clientes, aprenderás la correcta ejecución de varios ejercicios físicos, comprenderás los principios de una alimentación sana y serás capaz de efectuar una gestión eficiente de las funciones administrativas de un centro de fitness.

Certificate IV Personal Trainer

El Certificate IV Personal Trainer al que puedes acceder una vez completado el Certificate III in Fitness, se dirige a todos aquellos que, además de querer perfeccionar las habilidades y conocimientos aprendidos en el curso previo, desean continuar con sus estudios adquiriendo la cualificación y el certificado de Personal Trainer. Con este curso aprenderás cómo programar una tabla de ejercicios, conocerás las posturas correctas al sentarse para poder corregirlas a tus clientes y adquirirás una preparación de nivel atlético.

El Diploma of Fitness (Specialised Trainer) desarrolla las habilidades profesionales esenciales para poder trabajar con pacientes que sufren de enfermedades crónicas y desórdenes, además de proporcionarles asistencia en la gestión y en la prevención de lesiones.
